Govier & Milone, L.L.P. is a law firm with deep roots
in Nebraska. Founded in 1923 by Frank L. Frost, whose personal and political views helped to shape the
growth of Omaha, Govier & Milone, L.L.P. is the current name of an organization with an 80-year
history of serving the legal needs of the local community. The firm currently represents a wide spectrum
of interests. While the practice has evolved to focus on litigation, particularly family law and domestic relations law,
the attorneys at the firm have a wide variety of experience and continue to practice in the areas of
corporate law, probate, wills and estate planning.
